How quickly can you answer my question?

We respond to messages and emails in the order they're received, usually within 24 hours.


Can I change my shipping address after placing an order?

Our fulfillment team works quickly, often packing orders within 24 hours. If you need to correct your shipping address, email us right away with your name and order number. We’ll do our best to make the change before the package ships, but changes aren’t guaranteed once the order is in transit.


How long does processing take?

Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days. Most are shipped within 24 hours, but during high-volume periods, processing may take up to 3 business days.


When will my order ship?

We ship orders Monday through Friday (excluding major holidays). You’ll receive a tracking number via email once your package has shipped. U.S. shipping typically takes 5–10 business days. For orders outside of the U.S., please contact support@quantdata.us for specific shipping time estimates.


Will my order arrive in one package?

Larger orders may arrive in multiple packages, sometimes with 1–2 business days between deliveries.


What if an item is out of stock or backordered?

If an item is out of stock, we’ll email you with an estimated restock date. If it won’t be available within 2 weeks, we’ll automatically issue a refund for that item.


Do you ship outside of the U.S.?

Yes, we ship to most countries outside of the U.S. If you want to place an international order, please contact support@quantdata.us. Our team will respond within 24 hours to assist you.


I received a damaged item. What should I do?

We’re sorry about that. Please email support@quantdata.us with your order number and a photo of the damaged item. We’ll respond within 24 hours.


How do I track my order?

Visit the Track My Order page in the main menu and enter your tracking number. If you need help, feel free to contact us.


Why isn’t my tracking number working?

Tracking may not update right away, especially for orders outside of the U.S. Most international orders arrive within 2–4 weeks. If it’s a U.S. order and your tracking hasn’t updated, please contact us so we can check the shipment status.


My tracking says “Delivered” but I haven’t received anything.

Once your package is marked as shipped, it becomes the responsibility of the carrier (typically USPS for U.S. orders). Please contact USPS at (800) 275-8777 or check with your local post office.


What if an item is missing or incorrect in my order?

Please contact us immediately if something is missing or incorrect. We offer a 30-day Money Back Guarantee from the delivery date. Reach out via our Contact Us page or email us at support@quantdata.us.
